1.I'm really into this guy. We've been friends for a long time, but recently I started crushing on him. I really do not know what to do because I don't want to risk our friendship or make him feel weird or anything. Also, I know for a fact that he likes someone else. On the other hand, I'd really like to tell him, I just don't know how. This is a very frustrating and confusing situation.

Hmmm okay I am not staff I am just a reader but my advice for the second one is to stop hanging around him for a little bit. You don't have to stop being friends but start hanging with the girls more often until you stop "like-liking" him. I don't really know for the first one that's confusing if you like him but you know for a fact that he likes someone else

1. I've never been in this situation before, but if I was, then I would just tell that guy how I felt. I think that you should tell him that you like him, and he may like you back. Just because he likes one person doesn't mean he can't like another. Unless the two are together. If he's got a girlfriend, then I'm sure you'll be able to cope with it. Stay strong, and everything will be ok. I've liked guys while they were in relationships, and it was hard at first, but then I got used to it.
