Friends

Help! One of my best friends moved away! She was the only friend I had that wasn't a total tomboy, now she's gone. I keep trying to make new friends, but none of them can make up for the emptiness in my life. I know it sounds cheesy, but it's absolutely true. PLease help!

ok i don't know anyone that moved away in 7th grade, so i conclude that you are probaby a 6th grader.

um... get one of those online pets, or a tamagtchi. or a regular pet lol. just something to play with constantly

I say that you should be pen pals and every week write each other letters about what has happened. Try hanging out with some other people that maybe your best friend knew and liked and keep her updated on what's been up. Hope everything goes well

(oh yeah and you can just move to wherever she did but your parents might get mad)

ok...well... another thing that the person wants to ask is
What should she do? her bff that moved away's BF likes her and she likes him. She doesn't want to hurt her friend, but she likes the guy, her friend can't date him any way, so she won't get mad.

that sounds confusing. arent u the one who is supposed to give the advice???

anyone can give advice, i'm just giving the readers a chance to give their insight.

oh ok srry. im not good at giving advice. ive been in a similar situation and tried being penpals (and believe me--it does not work!! my friend started worrying about whose turn it was to send a letter and got mad when i didnt send one right away.)

maybe u should call her. a lot. and email her. the main point is to just keep in touch. that way, she will always be ur friend.
